The Trees Are The Prayers Oil Painting 18 x 36 inches $750 This was the first of my Tree series. I awoke in the middle of the night with that phrase ringing in my mind “The trees are the prayers.” I then struggled to find an image that would give meaning to the phrase. Trees are incredibly important to life on Earth. I showed the entirety of the trees from root to branch because the roots, though unseen, are just as important as the parts we see.
